Before the DPC Season 2021-22 Spring Tour gets underway, Na'Vi is making a change to their roster as they bid farewell to Victor "GeneRaL" Nigrini... again.
Taking up fifth place in the DPC EEU Winter Tour, Natus Vincere was not satisfied with their results and decided it was time to make a change.
From the 2021 DPC Natus Vincere roster, Viktor "GeneRaL" Nigrini made his return in the offlane role in September, just before the new DPC 2021-22 season. This was his second (third) time with the organization. GeneRaL played with Na'Vi from 2016 to 2018 before parting ways and joining up with Odium and FlyToMoon. He returned to Na'Vi in 2020 on a trial basis first and then an official member until he was put on inactive status for several months in April 2021 when he was replaced by Roman "RAMZES666" Kushnarev.
However, things just didn't seem to work out for him or the team this time around.
During the matches of the last season, it became clear that the players’ views on the tactical component in Dota 2 differ significantly. The situation only worsened after the end of the bootcamp when the players went back home. Various attempts to resolve internal disagreements in the team did not end up in positive results. Therefore, changes are crucially important to improve the overall situation.
GeneRaL is the only player that will be swapped out of the roster. The team is currently trying out and talking to potential replacements.
