Big God vs. Rave

Game One [W: Rave]

The laning stage started out very well for Big God, who aggressively trilaned against a solo Drow and rotated early on to secure a kill on Storm Spirit. Effectively, Rave lost three lanes and it looked grim with Jeyo still being lvl 1 4mins in, but the squad fought their way back into the game despite a substantial farm disadvantage. Trading favorably in teamfights, Rave bought themselves time and space to farm up on their heroes and Chrissy was able to pick off heroes multiple times. Eventually, the threat of a double Ravage from Rave forced Big God to play more defensively and the Chinese lost momentum and map control. A smart and aggressive engagement from Rave secured the team the win.

Game Two [W: Big God]

Well...It's TI4 all over again with Big God pulling out a very push heavy line-up. The Chinese march down the lanes early on and breach highground 11 minutes in. Only three minutes and a few kills later, Big God punch in victory, no chance for Rave!

Game Three [W: Big God]

Similar to the first game, Big God picked up an early game advantage over Rave but with Bristleback, Axe and Sniper, the Filipino team were able to hold off the oncoming push of Xiao8's Shadow Fiend and BurNing's Juggernaut until deep into the late game. Rave were unable to go for any objectives and required a team fight in their base to have any chance of pushing for Big God's base. Eventually Big God came, and mid barracks fell while the only reason bottom barracks stayed up was a failed refresher ultimate from LaNm's Shadow Shaman. Considering the speed of Big God's easy push, Rave only had one more chance to turn this game around and Big God's return to Rave's base saw a quick end to the game to put the Chinese titans into the next round.
