Neolution GosuCup announced

In conjuction with Neolution Esports, we will be hosting the seventh edition of the Gosucup Asia. 256 teams are welcomed to join us this weekend for a piece of the $1,000 prize pool.

GosuCup returns for the Asian region with a seventh edition, taking place this upcoming weekend, June 22 and 23. A prize pool of $1000 is up for grabs and the tournament is open for everyone.

After a three months rest since the conclusion of the last GosuCup Asia, we are proud to announce the seventh edition of Gosucup Asia VII which will be held on the 22nd and 23rd of June. The tournament will be open of all as usual.

This edition of Gosucup Asia VII is powered by Neolution Esports and they will continue to do so for the next six cups. You are welcome to give them some love on their Facebook page here.

Statement from Satean Boombanant, CEO of the Neolution group:

We at Neolution Esports are proud to announce our partnership with GosuGamers for the next six seasons of GosuCup Asia. We have always been supportive in the growth of Esports in Asia and the GosuCup series is great in promoting interaction between professional and upcoming teams.

The tournament will welcome 256 teams from all over Asia to compete for a $1,000 prize pool to which the winner will walk away with $500.

The format is slightly different than other times. This time, teams will battle through the single elimination until only four team remain. On Day 2 (Sunday 23 June), these four teams will play the rest of the tournament in a double elimination format. All matches of GosuCup are best-of-one except the final which is best-of-three. There will be no explicit country restriction, but all matches have to be played on Singaporean server, unless agreed otherwise by both teams. To sign in and compete in GosuCup Asia events everyone needs to register their team on the website.
