After a tough battle earlier today in which LGD.Int won, Rising Stars will be facing relegation at the end of the Dota 2 Super League to ensure their stay the second season of the prestigious Chinese League.

Despite a convincing win in the first game utilizing the mobility line-up, Rising Stars was not able to keep their lead and lost the next two games to LGD.Int

Rising Stars will join Vici Gaming and For.Love, from group A, and Rattlesnake in the relegation games. It is still not confirmed on how many teams will be relegated from these matches but we are in the midst of contacting Gamefy for a clarification.

With the win in hand, LGD.Int closed out group B in third place, narrowly escaping the relegation. LGD.Int will be facing Invictus Gaming, third placer in Group A, in the pre-playoffs of the Super League on the 21st of June. The last time these two teams met in G-1 League, iG took down the championship in four games.

Dota 2 Super League will continue tomorrow with NeoES.Orange versus DK to determine the first placer of Group B. The first placer will receive a direct passage to the playoffs while the second and third placers will play in a mini double elimination bracket.

The match will be streamed live by BeyondTheSummit at 14:00 CEST.
