At the moment, anyone who makes a vouch request will be vouched. Once enough players have been vouched to maintain a steady flow of games, weaker players shall be removed and new vouches shall be restricted to an adequate skill level.
Spawn and Pawn is a vouch league, not a public one. This league is for mid-skilled players and high-skilled players. The admins believe that past failures were due to small player pools.
