The WinDotA community is back to keep its promises of exciting prizes and action filled gameplay experience to the players.
WinDotA is a new ladder which recently launched. After the opening weekend (24 hour event, $400 prize pool) they have now announced their first round.
Round 1 which will last 7 weeks till the 17th of January 2010 has a prize pool of $1000, out of which $500 is going to the top players and $500 is going to special events or "surprises".
So far there has been one surprise in round 1. The surprise is a special week long event where every win on the site gives you a raffle ticket. At the end of the week there will be a raffle draw and the three winners will share $100.
1st Prize: $50 in gift vouchers
2nd Prize: $30 in gift vouchers
3rd Prize: $20 in gift vouchers
The gift vouchers can be chosen by the winners on any site they wish. Many sites offer gift vouches and it will depend on whatever the winner feels like buying.
These new innovative ideas by the WinDota authorities are sure to increase the popularity of the community by attracting more gamers into trying out its ladder system.
