As stated on Dota-Allstars.com, the tournament will be held from August 19th-23rd in
Cologne, Germany at the GamesCom, a trade fair for interactive games and entertainment. It will be an invitation tournament for 8 teams, which will be announced soon. The sponsor for the prizemoney of at least $15.000 will be the makers of the upcoming MOBA game League of Legends.
