Russia and Sweden Disqualified From ENC

Russia was set to play a tiebreaker to claim a spot in relegation and Sweden was already in, but now both teams have been disqualified and Germany comes out to face Denmark in relegation.

These two nations accumulated too many penalty point and were disqualified. After notices by ESL to both nations on the proper management of player profiles, these two nations that did not comply were then disqualified.
