Pick League XII Announced

With Pick League XI just recently ending, Dota-league.com has already announced the start of Season XII on July 9th, 2009. This season includes some rule changes. With a surprising move, Dota-league has decided to make v6.60b the current map for this season. But I'm sure that once v6.61 comes out, the map will be switched to v6.61 with all of its balance fixes. In addition to that, the new heroes, Tauren Chieftain and Batrider, are automatically banned from the hero pool, which means that neither team even has to spend a hero elimination on them. The last change in the rules is the implementation of a limit 2 on Khagdar's Pipe of Insight.
