Team Dignitas unveil new roster

Team Dignitas return to CS:GO after securing a brand new roster.

After the original Team Dignitas roster transitioned to North, the organisation had been out of the CS:GO loop for a while, three months to be precise. During that period, the organisation signed a promising female roster, one that went on to go as far as the grand final of the IEM Katowice Challenge, falling to the world's #1 female CS:GO roster, Team Secret.

Last night the organisation announced the signing of a five-man European mix. This includes ex-member Ruben "RUBINO" Villarroel, who had most recently left North's roster voluntarily, after explaining that he had lost the will and motivation to compete. Along with the ex-Dignitas player, three members of the original FaZe Clan line-up will also be joining in Sweden Mikail "Maikelele" Bill, Portugal Ricardo "fox" Pacheco and Norway Joakim "jkaem" Myrbostad. Finalising the list is ex-CLG coach and qwerty member, Faruk "pita" Pita, who will be leading the charge for the team as in-game leader.

Team Captain, Ricardo "fox" Pacheco had the following to say post-signing:

Team Dignitas is a powerhouse brand, now strengthened by the backing of the Philadelphia 76ers; we are extremely proud to represent their colors. We are eager to begin practicing with this new lineup, we’ve all known each other a long time and believe we will have good synergy. Through hard work and preparation we will do our best to live up to the expectations of our fans and become a top, international team. We have the most supportive fans in professional gaming and we know they will be excited about this new line-up.

Europe Team Dignitas now host the follow roster:

Norway Ruben "RUBINO" Villarroel
Sweden Mikail "Maikelele" Bill
Portugal Ricardo "fox" Pacheco
Bosnia and Herzegovina Faruk "pita" Pita
Norway Joakim "jkaem" Myrbostad
