After a lengthy period of rehabiliation post his arm injury, Jacob "pyth" Mourujärvi has returned to his position on the starting roster of the Swedish CS:GO team Ninjas in Pyjamas.
Pyth had left the roster in mid-August 2016 after NiP had posted an announcement regarding his wrist injury. The team made a decision whereby the player would rest until his wrist injury had subsided and reached a full state of recovery. At the time we saw Joakim ”disco doplan” Gidetun, a recent addition to Fnatic's roster, replace him. Said substitution lasted for a little while, up until the point where disco doplan had to depart due to commitments to his team at the time,
Epsilon eSports.
In late August, the Ninjas secured a free agent in the form of Mikail "maikelele" Bill as a substitute. Ever since he had represented the organisation at tournaments, where the team was able to secure first place at the StarLadder i-League StarSeries Season 2 LAN Finals, top eight at Epicenter: Moscow and 4th place at the ESL Pro League Season 4 LAN Finals. He has departed effective immediately in order to make space for the returning member of the team.
Upon returning Jacob had the following to say:
