Although Dreamhack’s main event doesn’t begin until the end of November, the competition is already getting started with a closed qualifier on Sunday.
DreamHack have announced a closed qualifier that will feature eight invitees and eight teams that will qualify via a Ro512 open qualifier held on Saturday, October 15th. Once the qualified teams are determined, they will join the eight invitees to face each other at a best-of-three, single elimination closed qualifier this weekend. The finalists of the closed qualifier secure two slots for the Dreamhack ZOWIE Open Winter that will be held at the Elmia Convention Center in Jönköping, Sweden on November 24th-27th.
