All twelve finalists have been decided following the conclusion of the North American division of ESL Pro League Season 4.
After a two month frenzy six teams from the Americas have been decided to participate at the $750,000 prize pool LAN finals of ESL Pro League Season 4. The event will be taking place at the Ginásio do Ibirapuera in São Paulo, Brazil on October 28th-30th. It will feature a total of twelve teams, six European and six from the Americas.
Cloud9 were able to secure an almost perfect season, where the team gave up but a single loss to Echo Fox on de_Dust2. Following the leader were Immortals with a 20-6 record, shortly trailed by fellow Brazilians SK Gaming, that managed to land a slightly worse 18-8 season. Following up were OpTic Gaming, NRG eSports and Renegades, all at a 17-9 record, however the Australian team decided not to participate at the LAN finals as the Asia Minor collided in terms of scheduling and took priority over the EPL Season 4 finals. Replacing the Aussies will be Team Liquid, who managed to secure 7th place over the season with 15-11.
