The newest edition of the European mixed line-up will seek to improve upon their 3-4th finish at ELEAGUE Season 1, the peak of their careers so far, at this fall’s tournament.

IEM Oakland will take place at the Oracle Arena in Oakland, California on the weekend of November 19th and will feature twelve teams, 8 of which have yet to be announced. Additionally, IEM Oakland will use the following format, which is identical to IEM Katowice:

Mousesports recently won the biggest prize in the history of the org., $70,000 from a 3-4th finish at ELEAGUE Season 1 after defeated G2, FaZe, and NiP before losing to Virtus.Pro, the eventual champions, in the semi-finals. Just a few days ago, the organization, despite that recent success, cut Johannes "nex" Maget from the active roster and replaced him with former HellRaisers player and infamous online player Tomáš "oskar" Šťastný. A language barrier might prove to hinder the team’s performance - the only common language among the 2 Germans, a Dutchman, a Bosnian, and a Czech is English. The squad’s next likely be at ELEAGUE Season 2, and then at IEM Oakland.
