Two spots in each region’s league are available for the winners of open qualifiers.
ESEA renamed their league for season 23 to the Mountain Dew League and expanded the size of the leagues to 24 teams per region. 22 of those spots will be distributed to teams according to their placement in last year’s Premier and Main leagues.
The open qualifiers will feature a single elimination bracket until there are 16 teams left, when it will switch to single elimination BO3. The grand finalists from both brackets will secure their places in the $140,000 Mountain Dew League and the chance to earn a spot in the elite ESL Pro League.
