USA took the first three maps in the BO5 grand final to win flawlessly 3-0 (19:16 Dust2, 16:9 Cache, and 16:12 Cobblestone).
As expected, USA and Canada stormed through the group stage of the NA qualifier to meet in the final, for the most part keeping their Central American opponents in low single digits. USA came into the final as the slight favourites with two players from Cloud9, two players from Team Liquid, and one player from OpTic Gaming while Canada had one player from Cloud9, two players from TSM, one player from compLexity, and one player without a team.
American veteran Spencer "Hiko" Martin was the MVP of the match.
