In breaking news Chinese team inchk1ng have been permanently banned from all E-Frag organised events after indisputable evidence of match fixing was uncovered.
News has emerged that E-Frag have decided to permanently ban the starting roster of Hong Kong representatives, inchk1ng. The prominent tournament organiser was initially notified by popular betting website CSGOLounge of potential malicious activity from the team. Following rigorous investigation, the website presented E-Frag with undeniable evidence of Yiu "hazy" Sang Wallace Leung betting large amounts of items against his team during the South-East Asia Rising Stars Promotional semi-final match, despite the rules clearly stating that 'Players involved in a match are not allowed to bet on matches in any way'. All members of inchk1ng are permanently banned from E-Frag events effective immediately.
E-Frag have issued the following statement concering the situation:
For that reason we have decided to ban inchk1ng permanently from all of our events (Razer Rising Stars Leagues, Promotional Cups and others) including the TWC, that means that the current roster of inchk1ng won't be able to play for their respective nations in any circumstances at TWC 2016 or any future TWC.”
