Yet another incident overshadows the CIS Minor for ESL One: Cologne 2016, as David "dave" Tereshin has caused his team to be banned from the tournament due to a three year old VAC Ban on one of his accounts.
Ironically the player was not even been a full member of the team, but rather a stand-in on the road to the CIS Minor. Vesuvius, the team that was last to taste defeat against them, has been chosen as a replacement, with the news coming just a day after eXplosive had been disqualified for the exact same reason.
