DingIt has revealed the details on the latest season of their in-house CS:GO league, Operation Kinguin.

DingIt, the popular Chinese streaming platform, has announced that they will be hosting a third season of their successful Operation Kinguin CS:GO tournament with the end of Season 2 drawing quickly to a close. DingIt will be upping the ante this time around, with thirty-two teams all fighting for a piece of the $20,000 prize pot. Adam Simmons, Director of Content for DingIt, had the following to say about the new season:

We’re really pleased with how Operation Kinguin has performed. We’ve had some great teams competing in fantastic matches, and we’re very happy about renewing the league and working with Kinguin for another season.

Faheem Bakshi, Kinguin's Vice President for Global Expansion, also commented on the announcement:

When we first started working with DingIt on Operation Kinguin 2, we were excited to see how a longer-term league would work on the DingIt platform. We have been thrilled with the results and have decided to expand even further with today’s announcement of Season 3.
