German hardware manufactor Lioncast signed a number of recognisable players from the German scene.
Trying to establish a foothold in the early CS:GO days, the ALTERNATE star David "CHEF-KOCH" Nagel was part of a dotpiXels lineup back in 2013. Joining him are two other well known German players, namely Manuel "approx" Zeitz and Dimitrios "stavros" Smoilis. Antonin "TONI" Bernhardt and Oskar "oskarish" Stenborowski will complete the five man roster.
Both Zeitz and Smoilis were also trying to get into the CS:GO scene. While Zeitz retired officially in 2013, he had a comeback in the same year to play the ESL Pro Series Finals with the former lineup of 3DMAX together with Smoilis. The greek player later also attended DreamHack Winter 2014 with Planetkey Dynamics, the team failed to survive the group stage though.
