MCS Season 1 Finals is set to start on Friday, January 8th. The event will take place at Moscow Cyber Stadium and will last until January 9th.
MCS Season 1 Finals will see 32 Eastern European teams divided into eight groups of four. The group stage will be played using GSL format. GSL format consists of a small double elimination bracket where the teams will need to score a two wins in order to advance. Conversely, two losses for a team will result in an elimination.
The playoffs will be played as a single elimination bracket with the 16 teams, which will play a best-of-three series all way through the Grand Final and Third place decider matches.
