Team LDLC beats Natus Vincere 2-0 in the the Dreamhack Winter 2014 semifinals, and advance to play against Ninjas in Pyjamas in the finals.
On map one, de_inferno, Na'Vi started out strong by taking the pistol round, but Team LDLC managed to steal the second round from the Ukrainians with a strong pistol/armor push that caught them off guard. Na'Vi responded with forcing up themselves and taking the third, refusing to give any ground to LDLC. LDLC began to gain momentum on the forth and fifth, but Na'Vi managed it pull it back together, ending the half 9-6, in spite of a weak performance from Na'Vi's star AWPer, Guardian. On CT side, LDLC successfully took the the pistol and the subsequent round, but Na'Vi managed to break down the French team and pull ahead momentarily to 11-10. However, LDLC got the foothold they needed on the twenty second round after starix failed to hold off the retake at B site, and the French team managed to pull it through to a final score of 16-11.

The next map in the best of three was de_dust2, a map that both teams have a strong history on. LCDC came out strong, winning the first three rounds easily on the CT side. On the fourth round, Na'Vi tried to put on the pressure onto their opponents by forcing up up an AWP for Guardian, and while they managed to get the bomb down, sloppy after-plant play cost them the round. LDLC managed to hold onto their win streak up to the fifth round, but a strong B take in the sixth allowed Na'Vi to bounce back into the game. Unfortunately, the Ukranians were shut down in the seventh when a botched mid-to-B push was cleaned up by LDLC's kioShiMa. The game went further downhill for Na'Vi, with starix suiciding off a ledge and losing eight roundds in a row, but Na'Vi managed to eke out one more round at the end of the half, putting the score to 13-2 in LDLC's favor. Na'Vi tried to make a comeback in the second half, taking the first round and another eight in a row after LDLC managed to swipe the second on an eco. LDLC managed to land a win in the twenty fifth round, when a greedy push into upper tunnels allowed the eco-ing French team to wipe out Na'Vi. Even though Na'Vi managed to retaliate on the twenty sixth round, LDLC pushed through in the final round and won the second game 16-11, securing their place at the grand finals against NiP for first place and the $100,000 grand prize.
