Virtus.pro supreme in the group D, Natus Vincere secured second seed after the overtime.
The fourth group of Dreamhack Winter kicked off with Virtus.pro going against myXMG, who managed to qualify for the tournament as a remplacement for the one of disqualified teams. The Polish team managed to secure 14 rounds as CT-side on de_inferno and quickly finished off the match with final score of 16-2, which was not a surprise.
Natus Vincere and Flipside Tactics were fighting each other on de_mirage, where the Ukranian team managed to get early momentum playing as CT with Guardian excelling with AWP resulting into 13-2 first half score in favour of NaVi. Second half has been a bit shaky for them as Flipside started to put the fight in key buy rounds. Although it was not enough to stop Natus Vincere from that first-half advantage and the game ended with also quite expected 16-8 score.
The winners match took place on de_nuke with NaVi starting as Terrorists. The game was disrupted as pasha had technical PC issues, which significantly delayed the match process. Highly anticipated game was expected to be close and tough for both teams. However, first half was disastrous for Ukranians who proceeded into the  second half with 1-14 deficit in rounds. The pistol round would determine the outcome of the whole game and snax managed to come out on top from 1v3 clutch securing 15th round for his team. After a small hiccup, Virtus.pro advanced to the playoff with 16-2 score against NaVi.
de_mirage was to witness the first elimination match between Flipside and myXMG. First half was pretty close with 8-7 in favour of myXMG, who opened as T-side. Second half started with an intense action with neither team managing to be more than 2 rounds ahead of their opponent. As tension rose the Swedish team managed to pull out a couple of clutches in a row and surged their way to the sixteenth won round, finishing game with 16-11.
Concluding match of the group, which happened on de_overpass, turned out to be a rematch between Natus Vincere and Flipside. During the first half the teams went toe-to-toe, with most of the rounds ending as tense 2v2 clutches, eventually resulting in 8-7 in favour of NaVi, who played CT side. The close opposition continued through the second half with both teams fighting furiously for each round and an overtime was required to determine the winner. NaVi seemed to restore their strong play and outplayed 4-0 in the odd time. The total result was 19-15 with Natus Vincere advancing to the playoffs.
