Planetkey Dynamics has won EPS Germany Summer after a 2-1 victory over mousesports in the grand finals.
Four of the best teams in Germany met on Saturday 6th to fight over the grand prize of €4000. The playoffs started with Planetkey Dynamics against mTw, where Planetkey Dynamics was able to secure a 2-0 victory against mTw. Next was mousesports against PlayingDucks, where mousesports was able to beat Playing Ducks in a convincing fashion 2-0.
The finals consisted of mousesports vs Planetkey Dynamics, where mousesports were clear favorites by the community. After a 16-13 victory over mousesports by Planetkey Dynamics on de_dust2, mousesports was able to clinch the next map, de_inferno with a close 16-14 win. The momentum carried on to the next map, where mousesports was able to get a 10-5 lead on the CT side of de_mirage. However, Planetkey Dynamics picked up the pistol round on their CT side, where they were able to string together rounds after rounds, forcing mousesports to eco many times. Planetkey Dynamics was able to comeback, winning a respectable 11 rounds on the second half, winning the tournament 16-12.
