The ASUS ROG summer tournament at Finland's computer festival ASSEMBLY ended today with myRevenge defeating ENCORE with a score of 2-1. myRevenge will be taking home $5,000 while ENCORE will receive $3,000.

The three day tournament at ASSEMBLY 2014 has ended with Danish team myRevenge beating out ENCORE with a score of 2-1. Both games 1 and 2 were stomps on each side, with myRevenge winning on Mirage 16-5. ENCORE charged right back on Dust_2 with a score of 16-4, taking the series to game 3 on Inferno.

Patient play from team ENCORE was not enough to counter the forceful, aggressive playstyle of myREVENGE, whom took ten rounds on the CT sided final map as Terrorists. Winning both pistol rounds gave myREVENGE enough firepower to steamroll ENCORE, who, despite a last minute surge of momentum, were unable to come back from an eight round deficit. The final score was 16-8 in favor of myRevenge.

Team myRevenge, who defeated Recursive gaming and Publiclir to reach the grand finals, will receive the grand prize of $5,000 while ENCORE will go home with $3,000. Nostalgie and Recursive have also both earned $1,000 with their 3rd/4th place finish.

Prize distribution:

1st - $5,000
2nd - $3,000
3rd-4th - $1,000
3rd-4th - $1,000
