MaDFroG rejoins SK Gaming

[s]clan_news[/s]

After various events and a while as a clanless player and not seeming to take WarCraft 3 that seriously, MaDFroG is now back, hungry and with that special glow again. "I needed some time off..." says MaDFroG, who apparently is happy to be back. He has now rejoined SK Gaming as well.

madfroggray.jpgWe reported February 10th about » MaDFroG retiring from WarCraft 3 because of lack of motivation and a prize cup shelf full, metaphorically speaking. "I never had a problem with playing a lot before. But I guess we get too old for putting so much energy into a game." he said back in the winter. And during that time and forward, you could still see him in various events (less than usual, but still) such as Ladder Season II for instance. In the announcement at SK-Gaming.com, he says that he has been taking it really easy. "...watching movies and spending time with my girlfriend - simply having a good time."

MaDFroG has become a symbol for Western RTS gamers all over the world, and many gamers see him as an idol. He is a player that neither the StarCraft nor the WarCraft scene will forget. "Gaming has given me many good moments and I have so many good memories that will never go away. I would never change that for anything." he says, clearly stating that he doesn't regret his pro-gaming life at all.

"True legend of Warcraft 3"

KidArctica, leader of SK-Gaming and renowned editor writes that "it is a true legend of Warcraft 3 that now makes his comeback in the competitive scene." With impressive titles such as Blizzard Worldwide Invitiational champion, ESWC runner-up both 2002 and 2003, eSports Player of the Year in 2004 and two trips to Korea playing competitively.

Back in full training, writes KidArctica

The Swedish frog is back in full training, and is considering his long break "not too shabby", according to KidArctica. MaDFroG says that gaming-wise it is not that bad, but that his mental shape is back to the top again. "I want to play again and I've got new goals." he says.

GosuGamers wishes MaDFroG the very best of luck, and hope to see some really great games from this very innovative and creative Undead player.
