ESC Gaming's MaX placed none of the Ukrainian duo neither the current TeamLiquid Starleague champion in yesterday's lineup against Nerds at Work. Instead, it was the Chilean Cristóbal "DinOt" Lledó who lead the way.

The 17-year-old Zerg player ran over Jani "nApoLeon" Kurkela on Destination and Medusa. The first game on Destination almost saw its end at the 12 minute mark as DinOt advanced with heaps of hydralisks and mutalisks onto nApoLeon's (nicking Saab900) natural expansion. But the Finlander managed to withhold the attacks thanks to well-placed tanks and last minute trained marines and medics. But only a handful of minutes later nApoLeon was forced to surrender to the lurkers and defilers roaming the Terran army.

The second map, Medusa, DinOt made a 3 hatch spire build which totally overwhelmed the Finnish Terran who had too few Goliaths to cope with the mutalisk swarm.

The Chilean player could also score points in the 2on2 match together with the German player GhosTa. Nerds at Work's team nApoLeon and QuanTi was unable to stop the ESC team in the third match after having evened out the score in the second game.

Grzegorz "Dreiven" Kordek could defeat Nerds at Works' Tobias "datoby" Lundgren in another Protoss mirror match on Medusa and Athena. First game was a straight-up game where the Polish player had a more diverse army once facing each other on the battle field. Not only had he reavers, but also high and dark templars that made him win the decisive battle thanks to well-placed storms on the Swedish 'golden boy'.

The second game, on Medusa, the former DreamHack winner failed with a reaver drop that eventually caused him the game.

We also saw Vytautas "Arew" Graiciunas defeat his countryman Kristijonas "Kr" Barisas in two 16-minute games played out on Medusa and Blue Storm.

Nerds at Work's newest recruit, Matija "Ptak" Vragovic, took out his former MicroGamerZ team mate Jarek "Yayba" Pociecha in two convincing Zerg versus Protoss games on Medusa and Destination.
