PGL: Day 6

Today was the last day of the loser’s Round of eight. Here, the final two people would be eliminated before the real Ro8 starts tonight. The upper brackets was no surprise as the two Koreans, Orion and kkong, won two-to-none against their respective opponents, sending them to the lower brackets to face Vulture and EVA with a possibility for elimination.

EVA had been on a huge elimination streak, taking out Fengzi, ChinaTTTT, and Strelok. His next opponent was another Ukrainian White-Ra, Europe’s last hope. White-Ra truly demonstrated that he deserved the #1 GosuGamers ranking, as he battled his way through very tough, very talented Chinese players and very lethal Koreans.

Super, who had been receiving very heavy blows from the beginning, would face Vulture in the other loser’s bracket. Vulture had previously devastated the group stages, including taking out Super in the group winner’s round on day two.

With Super and EVA out of the picture, the final eight will now embark on a hard struggle for the title of PGL champion. It will be foreigner vs. Korean in every round.
