The last round determined the outcome of a very tighy Group C. CaStrO, already qualified, was up against ToT)Ace( who need to win in order to not be thrown into a tiebreaker with MidiaN and DIMAGA.

In the deciding game, Peruvian Zerg player CaStrO threw the game away, giving Ace a 3-1 score and thereby topping the group. CaStrO ends on second place with the same score. It is believed that CaStrO dropped the game because he wanted to avoid a Korean player in the playoff - presuming that Stork drops a game in order to avoid Jaedong.

- I'm a bit sad that Castro forfeited his last game vs. Ace, otherwise I had a chance to play in a tiebreak, says DIMAGA to GosuGamers afterwards.

Punching bag in Group C turned out to be faculty's player Jogy, who suffered losses to all players.

The unprevented three-way-tie between DIMAGA, Ace and MidiaN would have occured as every played beat each other, with DIMAGA over Ace, Midian over DIMAGA and Ace over Midian.

Ace will on Saturday go up against the runner-up of the feared Group H, which consist of Draco, Legend, Stork, Templar and maix. CaStrO will take on the winner from the same group.
