The nineteenth season of the prestigious clan league has reached its second week of play. infernal Gamers made their debut with a bang and MYM regained some confidence in week two.
The World Gaming Tour Clan League has long been one of the pillars of competitive gaming post-battle.net. Along with Pro Gaming Tour it has provided the community with an accurate gauge and representation of its skill. Now in the leagues nineteenth season the action heats up more than ever. With ten of the best teams ever competing for glory and the title how could it not?
MYM Bounces Back from Loss to Excello
Team Meet Your Makers (one of last seasons final three teams, along with Excello and ToT) started their next season off with a 4-1 loss to Excello, painful memories of Season 18. This week they faced well known clan fuSion, with TSL finishers like Rondo and spx they have a formidable lineup. But MYM brought their A team this time around DinOt, and Yayba the new guys made an appearance along with Old School legends White-Ra and SEn. All four of them aced their matches going 2-0 against their respective opponents. While kAra and jae took down fuSion in 2v2 and sealed the all kill.

Excello faces Season 18 champions the Templars of Twilight this week, but the match were been postponed to a later date as Team Excello participated in the Multi Site Tour. Clan Face 2 Face has come quite a way proving that players like Ace and Kashu can hold their own against the big dogs. Though in week one they lost by one game to LRM), they as well bounced back and defeated their opponent Lyra 3-1. Most notably though infernal Gamers has take the top spot in the Clan League with a 2-0 lead right now, when Excello and ToT play one of them will be tied or close depending on the score of the matches.

The Runner Up Takes an Early Lead
Team Excello burst into the season with a great first game earning them 5 pts for their one loss in their first match. They are just nipping at the heals of team Meet Your Makers and need just two points from their match against the Templars to tie them. While infernal Gamers may not be as known as these two they surely worked for this spot and have been a part of the BW scene for some time now, do not count them out!
Even More Carnage to Come
Next week the lead team iG. will go head to head with unplaced Lyra Stars, while Excello and MYM face likely wins. ToT will face fuSion and try to get some points up on the board finally as they have yet to play Excello. The match of the week will be between Meet Your Makers and Los Reyes del Mambo as they both fight for a top spot again this season.
