Hauppauge Cup wrap-up - Sign up for number 9

The Hauppauge Cup has been going on for serveral weeks now. Tonight the eighth one, with players such as SquaLL, iNconroL, Strelok and White-Ra - who defeated IefNaij in the grand final.

The Hauppauge Cup is hosted by GameSports.de and the sponsor of the event is the American company Hauppauge Computer Works. There is no limit on how many cups there will be, but each Hauppauge Cup winner earns 100 Euros for winning. If you look at the stats this far, there are three players who won quite some money; MIStrZZZ, CastrO and Advokate all won two cups each.

This week we could see some really great players fight it out too. Strelok, CastrO, IefNaij, SquaLL and White-Ra are just some of them. In the first rounds of the tour, most of the big names did pretty well. The big Cinderella story was Casper_Terran, who made it to the quarter finals where he lost to IefNaij. For the semi finals we could see White-Ra eliminating Strelok and SquaLL losing to CastrO. The Grand Final was as mentioned played between IefNaij and White-Ra, with Ra walking out of the match as the winner.
