Shinhan Bank Proleague: Up To Speed

The Shinhan Bank Proleague has been a consistent opportunity for the Korean pro teams to display their top talent, as well as their young hopefuls. Let's take a look at how things have been coming along so far this season.

Twelve teams compete for six months in the regular season, competing in several best of five series. Four 1v1s (Including the final "ace" match), and a single 2v2 are played. The first team to get 3 wins claims the series.

With the help of their ace Flash, KTF is number one right now with a 2 point lead over JaeDong and his buddies at Lecaf Oz.

In third is WeMade FOX, and they have Mind to thank for that, as he has five wins and two losses so far in the Proleague, the only losses at the hands of other Terrans Flash and FireBatHero.

At the bottom is Air Force ACE, who despite beating tenth placed Hanbit on Saturday is still looking at eleven points in the hole. Statistically, they are tied with the guys at eSTRO, but a two point difference is setting them apart.

Savior: slump... or chump?

Right outside of the top five are Luxury from the OGN SparkyZ who switched places from last month with the Maestro, sAviOr from CJ Entus who descended to seventh place. Now that he is out of the MSL at the hands of FireBatHero, he will need to prove now that he is still the Savior we've seen before.

Also in the top ten are STX's Kal, who holds a 4-3 record so far this season, including a recent win over fellow Protoss player Anytime from Lecaf OZ who is at tenth. In the middle at number nine is the veteran gosu Sea, representing his team MBC Game.

Follow along, bet to your hearts content, and enjoy the show!
