Hackers- A nasty plague
With the new method being discovered nearly at the end of last season, all hackers will need to have their games reversed. Obviously this can and will have a drastic effect on the official results of the tournament.

The punishment for the hackers and their clans will affect the still running season.
This means all games of hackers that were played in BWCL season 28 have been reversed and the clans received an additional penalty as punishment.
Because of this, there will be no penaltypoints in the upcoming season except the ones for incompletely reported matches.
So BWCL season 29 will be able to start clean and fair with equal conditions for everyone.

Furthermore, all hackers that were caught but didn't play BWCL have also been listed and recieved a ban as punishment. If you have one of them listed on your team, please make sure to delete him as we don't tolerate hacking and hackers in our league.

Changes... inevitable
The two most important changes occuring were: European team MeetYourMakers was declared the winner of Season 28, and also dropping to Division 2 was German team n!faculty instead of fellow German team aeterna societas honoris.
Season 29: Coming soon to a PC near you
The latest season begins on May 4th at 19:00 CET. The new maps are already out so make sure if you are representing your clan you get them immediately.
