Rafal's Corner: TSL Predictions

Polish player Rafal "GOsia" Kontowicz, formerly known as ParanOid, has a long list of accomplishments and is a respected and skilled player in the scene. He is a TSL finalist, as well as a helping hand at GosuGamers with managing the bets. Here are his predictions for the very qualifiers he will be participating in.

Dreiven

GOsia: "Polish Power, Dreiven has been known for his very strong pvp for a long, long time."

LordWeird: I agree. Dreiven excels at this match up.

SquaLL 0:0

GOsia: "SquaLL > A2 from what I've seen SquaLL has been doing very good in that mu lately, tho he always play lower in important games. Still I dont think a2 will take it home. 2-0 to David."

LordWeird: It's hard to disagree with Rafal most always, since he always helps with women advice. A2 has incredibly powerful TvZ these days, and Im pretty sure he'll take it 2:1.

Mondragon 0:0

GOsia

GOsia: "Obviously mondragon is gonna rape me big time, no more comments needed to explain my statement."

LordWeird: In all honesty I agree, make sure you bring lotion, but one can never count out GOsia's ability to win this one, even with his somewhat one-sided record against Mondragon.

Ret 0:0

CaStrO

GOsia: "Ret already won over castro in wgt-cl, i predict the outcome will be the same this time."

LordWeird: This is the second toughest match to call, but Ret will probably win 2:1, and I'd be willing to bet on that.

White-Ra 0:0

Rondo

GOsia: "Rondo Ive never heard of Rondo, but he seems good since he made it to the top32, tho I dont think he's capable of beating top foreign protoss which White-Ra himself is."

LordWeird: This is absolutely correct. Should be a good solid series, even if fairly predictable.

XiaOzI 0:0

Notforu

GOsia: "XiaOzI > Notforu XiaOzI seems very good at zvz, and n4u is a at the lvl lower to me, the match will either go 2-1 to any"

LordWeird: This is a hard one. Both have strong ZvZ, and it could honestly go either way. I'm going to go with my gut and say that Xiaozi will win this one 2:1 after some really crazy games. I'm looking forward to it.
