MIStrZZZ*, Oldy, sO.o gets boot in StarLeague

After five days, the administration lockdowns past cheaters and current abusers in the popular ladder.

TeamLiquid StarLeague attracts gamers from every corner, even the ones where past cheaters lure. Today TeamLiquid announced their first player bans of the season. Five players, Kyopo, KingDino, Oldy, sO.o and Xian was banned for having cheated within the past year while MIStrZZZ was banned after having used drop hack against opponents in the current season.

- "TeamLiquid is dedicated to hosting as fair a tournament as logistically possible. TeamLiquid is also the only and final word in this tournament. We reserve the right to ask any player to comply with our security measures. These include, but are not limited to, recording FPVODs, installing our software, and accepting referees in games," can be read in the announcing article.

The initial rulebook of the TeamLiquid StarLeague stated that "there will be no outright ban on previous hackers or abusers", but now it the league administrators have changed stance in the matter.
