From blowouts to upsets, this week had it all in BWCL.
The Intense
This week saw some interesting matches in the BroodWar Clan League. First off, a real nail biter as the American based [Light] tried to bring down the giant Russian team 3D. It looked like [Light] was going to take the upset win, 33% in gosubet, with wins from Shad and Stalife. But then 3D came back with a vengeance ala hot new star TemujiN, MoOnZerG and the 2v2 team Lepreosy/Tynou. Light recovered and tied it up with Moo/Devas winning the last 2v2 for the 3-3 tie.
The Usual
All For Zerg, with their recent addition of team pAq, are up versus ]DK[ 3-2 as expected. Meet Your Makers took out Dark infernal Empire with a decisive 4-1, with only a 2v2 going against MYM. Team Excello, with their latest acquisition of xLo.Idra, absolutely decimated the polish ZZZ 6-0, 12-4 in games, leaving ZZZ licking their wounds and thinking of revenge.
The Unexpected
The big news comes from n!faculty against perennial powerhouse Microgamers. Iefnaij, TT1, Li and Nba took the stage to assert the MgZ) usual dominance over the competition, but after the 1v1s faculty's zzang and zarr won their matches each 2-0 resulting in a 2-2 score. As the clan war progressed to the team play Mgz) watched as their assumed victory slipped away and they end up losing 2-4.
