Micro Media Sparks to Life

A new life has breathed into the USA powerhouse team, Micro Media. With a new recruit and a new website, this team is poised to make a splash in the community!

Micro Media has been around for over a year now, and after gaining a lot of recognition for their performance in the BWCL Premier League, seemed to have sort of dropped off the radar for awhile. After a disappointing tenure in WGTCL Division 1 and ICCUP CL Division A... it seems that at last a breathe of fresh air has found these American gamers.

Their new site: http://www.mediaesports.com/ has launched, seeking to provide not only their team coverage, but more importantly, quality features and news reports for the SC community.

On top of that, they've bolstered their roster by adding NonY, a nice complement to their already strong member base. With this new addition, it seems as if their motivation for league play and competitiveness is at an all-time high. With this addition, the current Micro Media roster looks like this:

As sort of kickoff to what is looking to be a new chapter of Micro Media, a Korean style clanwar was played today against the North American bansed [LighT]. Each team had five players ready to duke it out in a BO9 to determine the winner, and the battles were fierce. It took over three hours before the victor was determined, and it was none other than Micro Media who came out on top. It took 8 out of a possible 9 games, and at the end, all participants were weary!

With a newfound spark of life, and the possibility of IdrA or Skew having the chance to follow Assem's footsteps and journey to Korea to experience the life of a progamer, the future for Micro Media seems bright indeed.
