IriS, July, JaeDong in OGN StarLeague 11:30

[s]event_277[/s]

While we have to wait for the next round of MBCGame StarLeague to start, our gladiators fights it off in the other league - OnGameNet StarLeague. Here we are still in the group stage...

First off, from Group A we have Shudder going up against UpMagic, a Terran versus Terran matchup that can go either way, although the 17-year-old SKT1 player Shudder should be considered the favorite. The two played each other in the OnGameNet Dual Tournament and Shudder came out victorious. However after losing to the two Terrans Hwasin and Shine in the MSL, his confidence in the Terran mirror might not be what it's supposed to be. UpMagic on the other hand is up on a two-win-streak over Terrans, defeating both Flash and iloveoov as of late.

The second matchup of tomorrow gives us the StarLeague runner-up IriS, going head to head with JulyZerg. July is located in an all-Terran group, which should give him the advantage. He has 55 advantage versus Terrans, but IriS shouldn't be taken lightly after his last season's performance. Will the Berserker Terran reduce July's chances of advancing, or will July keep rolling?

From one Zerg versus Terran for another: JaeDong versus DarkElf. It should be the game of the day, and much is at stake. They are in a really hard group and both need the win. JaeDong has an awesome score versus Terrans, 68 percent, as has an 11-win-streak over Terrans. However, DarkElf has proved to be able to cope with Zergs as well, defeating Shark and Calm in the recent ProLeague.

Last but not least we have Flash versus TheRock. Last fight between the two ended in a win for TheRock, playing in the OGN Star Challenge semi finals. Now Flash has the chance to avenge this loss - on the exciting map Fantasy II.
