Not only MeetYourMakers has players here. One of the big teams in Sweden, Team Nerds at Work, has a couple of players and one of their lead figures. We give you -- Emerald.
At first glance the only visible person was ZpuX who was playing, but after a while dAtoby and Emerald got there too and we snatched Emerald for a couple of questions.
Emerald, who has been the team manager and leader since the start up a couple of years ago has now retired to work with public relations, sponsors and the team's web page. He tells us that he has been here before but that it is the first time that he is here just for fun, not working.
- It is nice to be able to play a little myself and cheer for my team members and not work for Gamingeye or anything else. To all of you out there waiting for it, he says that he left the camera at home and that there will be no DreamHack movie this event.
- Maybe this winter, but not this time.
Gauisus, Emerald, dAtoby and ZpuX
He also tells us that they will have a third player there shortly, the rising Zerg star Gauisus who will be arriving from Malmo for his first big offline event.
- He will be here in about an hour and after that it is just to start playing and preparing to win all three medals.
To make sure no one else takes those medals from them, like the players from Czech Demolition Squad, he has a plan to get rid of the threat.
- We have rent this small room here at DreamHack, so we will just put them all in there and lock the door and then our players will be the top three.
