Nony[rC] takes first place at the WCG US StarCraft Open winning not only a place at the WCG US Grand Finals, but the chance to represent the US at the WCG Pan American Games.
A total of four players traveled to New York City to face off against each other in the WCG US StarCraft open.
Nony[rC] fought his way through winning all his matches in the tournament. His final opponent in the finals was MYM.Day[9]. They had faced each other earlier in the tournament where Nony[rC] came out on top. MYM.Day[9] was unable to avenge his earlier loss, but is still granted a position at the WCG US Finals for a chance to go to Seattle for the WCG Grand Finals.
