Blizzard has recently given out further information regarding the upcoming Worldwide Invitational.
The Worldwide Invitational will be held in Seoul, South Korea on May 19th and 20th.

Blizzard recently announced a new site dedicated to the Worldwide Invitational. There will be a tournament for
StarCraft, two tournaments for
Warcraft III and one for
World of Warcraft Arena.
The StarCraft tournament will consist of players invited from across the globe, the same with the WarCraft 3 tournament. Though apart from the regular two tournaments, Blizzard has decided to host the finals of the WarCraft 3 Season 5 Finals, where the best players from the season will go at it.
