Testie: “Could go to Korea”

[s]interview[/s]

One of the most interviewed persons in the foreign Starcraft community must be the Canadian superstar Testie. He joined the forces of MeetYourMakers together with SEn not too long ago, leaving Templars of Twilight. Now MYM has conducted a fairly long interview with him, where interesting topics are brought up.

In the interview with Canada Nick “MYM.Testie” Perentesis the Canadian talks about the team switch, mentioning money and professionalism as well as adding spice to the community when leaving the giant, ToT. The usual “Are you a Random player or a race picker?” question is also mentioned, and once and for all, Testie himself says
- I am both a race picker and a random player. There are simply too many factors to say how I do it.

In the GosuGamers StarLeague he predicts Germany Mondragon or China PJ to take it all home, with Taiwan SEn and China Lx as players to look out for. Regarding his own participation, he is a bit unsure about how it will work out. He is up against SEn, but as a trip to Greece is just around the corner he might have to forfeit the match.
- I think it would be rather selfish of me to postpone it like that and put a tournament that should be getting on this week and three rounds ahead of me on hold just because I am taking an arbitrary trip to Greece, Testie explains.

The option to go is actually at my fingertips and I can leave whenever I would like.
- Testie
Another interesting thing is what is said about a possible pro gaming experience in Korea. The opportunity has been there before, but according to Testie the time was not very good, and he turned the offer down. However, it seems the time is better now.
- The option to go is actually at my fingertips and I can leave whenever I would like. I simply haven't yet. Now the offer is a bit different though then going pro. It is simply to go there and get team tests / do courage and the whole deal. Which is fine with me, he says.
Perhaps Poland Draco might get some company?

Regarding WCG Testie thinks his chances to qualify as the Canadian hope is rather high.
- I would say atleast 50% to get through.
He also says he will attend if he is in Canada at the time, and when asked about possible opponents in the Canadian qualifier he answers
- I haven't thought that far ahead. Who knows, might be in Korea.
Not closing any doors.
