BWCL Season XXXV is good to go

The lines have been drawn and the divisions have been made. The Brood War Clan League is officially set to go for another season of Clan Wars and video streams by BWCL are back!

The 35th season of the Brood War Clan League is ready to start on March 28th 2010. There are currently 8 divisions, one of them being the new 'Qualification League' where clans which are still on the waiting list can find opponents to compete against while waiting for a spot to become vacant. The new Q-League isn't the only thing that is new about the BWCL, the website itself has gone under some major changes with a new design and layout.

With all the changes that have been made to the BWCL, one change that was not in their control was that of teams leaving. Division 1A has had some teams leave in favor of concentrating on StarCraft 2 and thus new clans have moved into Division 1A. One such clan is the new fnatic squad, led by Duran 'Xeris' Parsi, who are holding the Grand Finals of their rookie draft tournament this Sunday as well. There is no doubt that the winner of the tournament will also make an appearance in this seasons BWCL.

Two teams have also been lucky enough to stay in Division 1A due to the fact that other clans had left for StarCraft 2. Team Get and team NrG will remain in the division while the only team descending will be team fOsc. Four other teams have ascended into the division as well. Here is the full list of teams in Division 1A:
