A new season of ICCup has started and it comes with a few new changes that might make this season a whole new experience.
Another add-on to this new season is the / rl command, or known as the "rank limit" command. Essentially this command only allows certain players to join your game only if they have a certain amount of points. Here are a few examples of what it means:
/rl 6000 7000 (Only those players who from 6000 to 7000 points may join).
/rl 10000 (Only a player who has more 10000 points may join)
/rl c-c + (Only those who are ranked between C- to C+ may join)
Furthermore, players who now join your games will display their country tag that represents the country they are from. For instance if a Korean player joins your game, the tag of "[KR]" will show up as they join your game. Naturally this is going to bring a whole new level of Korean dodging to ICCup.
There are also some commands that are beneficial to members of clans, this is the list of those commands:
/ clan help (/ch; Help)
/ clan list (/cl; Shows a list of everyone who is in the clan)
/ clan msg (/cm, /cw; Send a message to all clanmates)
/ clan online (/co; Show all clan mates who are online
/ clan off (/c off; Disable all clan notifications)
/ clan on (/c on; Include all clan related alerts)
/ clan state (/c state; Shows the current status regarding clan alerts, i.e. ON or OFF
Lastly, players without anti-hack might have an issue playing this season, as players have the option of typing "/ nah" which stands for "no anti-hack". Any player without anti-hack wont be able to join the game you created.
Overall some cool changes have been made to this season especially the new rank as well as the new commands to allow only certain players in a game. Now if you haven't started laddering yet, you better get going!
