To keep it short, there wasn't really any doubt EG was going to take this, but ZZZ put up a hell of a fight. If you are not familiar with the tournament, it uses a Proleague format of 5xBo1 games, an ACE as match as a decider and all the rest of it, except for map pool.

We played the finals of BWML today. We won! We started off bad going 0/2 but ended up coming back and winning 3/2. Machine was a hero turning an almost certain defeat into a victory. The game was nuts. I'm really happy we won. Hopefully, it will be our first of many league victories.Other than that nothing new for me. Koreans just started playing iccup again so I've been playing that a lot. Tomorrow we have another WGTour match. I didn't realize we were in Division 1. This league will be really tough as there are only really good teams in it. I think we can definitely qualify for the playoffs and hopefully take down this league, too. Playoffs and finals won't be for a couple months but I'm looking forward to playing in them.”
Match for the bronze took place a day earlier - fOsc defeated JST 3-1, - a solid performance by Russian team.
All things considered it was a very nice series, we're eagerly awaiting the return of "Massacres Leagues" somewhere in 2010. Congratulations to EG, here are the winners:
