Each month we take a look back at the GosuGamers.net rankings to see who has moved up and who has dropped out. These rankings are based on a player's achievements in various tournaments and ladders which they participate in. Only games which are recorded by the GosuGamers.net database are counted towards their performance. Non-official tournaments and league games are not recorded and therefore do not count towards their rankings. You can check the list of games the players have won or lossed on their database profile which also lists the number of games they have won, the number of points they won, and their opponents in the league or tournament match they played.
The Top 10
This month's top 10 hasn't changed too much, with a just a few shuffling of players here and there along with a new comer in the top 10.
Mondragon and
Draco still hold the top two spots, while the person slipping the most in the top 10 is
Testie. Testie's inactivity has brought him four spots down to #8 and if this trend follows, Testie could be out of the top 10 in 2008. The newest addition to the top 10 is
Strelok who took a whopping nine spot jump to get to #8. Strelok had rode a long winning streak since September 27th in our rankings that stretched 20 games. The streak would eventually end in his game versus

The Conclave
From 11 to 20 there is a large group of Protoss players who are within close proximity with each other. The biggest story here is
Temujin who jumps 12 spots from #24 to #12. Not sure why? How about beating out the likes of our current #1 Mondragon or

The Rest...
The last 10 ranks seem to be a place where a lot of the players are on a steady decline whether in point decay or poor performance. At the same time the last 10 are where most of the new comers have appeared as well. This week we welcome

The Stats
The balance isn't quite there yet, but the players are almost evenly placed. There are currently more Protoss players than there are Zerg or Terran players, and if you include Testie's Protoss, then we are looking at a difference of 6 Protoss to any of the other races. This comes at the current dominance as the same time two Korean players are in the top 3 of the KeSPA rankings, could it be a trend?
Templars of Twilight and Meet your Makers are tied with 6 players each in the top 30, the teams after that have only half as much players in the top 30. Surely these two teams are a force to be reckoned with, if not in just Clan Wars then in individual leagues and tournaments.
