A new S-rank agent is slithering her way into New Eridu.
HoYoverse, the developer of Zenless Zone Zero has revealed that another new playable agent. Cissia, the next S-rank agent, is part of a brand new faction called the Metropolitan Order Division. She will be joining Zenless Zone Zero’s Version 2.7, most likely after Nangong Yu from the Angels of Delusion.
Cissia is the first S-rank agent of newest Zenless Zone Zero faction
Cissia will be another S-rank Electric attack agent, making her the fourth S-rank agent of the same attribute and specialty, after Seed, Soldier Zero Anby, and Harumasa, and fifth overall, with Anton being an A-rank agent.

More details about Cissia could be found in her agent record at the HoYolab website and app. Although her tail says N.E.P.S., Cissia belongs to another faction within the said organisation: the Metropolitan Order Division.
Cissia first appeared in Zenless Zone Zero in the main story of Version 2.6, Encore for an old Dream, where her supervisor, Severian Lowell reached out to Belle and Wise through Jane Doe for a special commission involving intelligent constructs. Both Severian and Cissia seem to be called “case specialists” within the N.EP.S., which involve some of the more sensitive and confidential cases within New Eridu.
Cissia also appears to be a Snake Thiren, with fangs like that of a snake’s and a tail (whether mechanically augmented or not is unclear yet) that looks like that of a rattlesnake.
In her agent records, Cissia seems like the kind of character who puts herself first and doesn’t pretend otherwise. Her agent record shared a quote from her that says, “...All of this is for me? What a generous suspect! I hereby declare you're off the hook!”, which looks like she’s casually accepting what sounds very much like a bribe.
She’s just as upfront about her limits or what she refuses to do. "But once we're in the Hollow, don't count on me to bail you out." Cissia said, and even more bluntly, "If things go south, you can bet I'll be the first one outta here!" Cissia said. That doesn’t paint her as particularly heroic. Instead, she seemingly values survival over loyalty, making it clear she won’t risk herself for others. However, it also seemed like in Version 2.6, Cissia was afraid of her supervisor, Severian.
What others say about her in her agent records reinforces her seemingly self-serving image. Jane describes her as, "the type of colleague who'd never share her lunch-selfish, yet endearing in her own way," while Zhu Yuan wonders why Cissia's legs give out whenever they meet. Players will also discover in Version 2.6 that Cissia’s work etiquette is quite unique and somewhat questionable, based on their interactions with her.
Zenless Zone Zero Version 2.7's release date is yet to be revealed.
