Snipe: 25 Energy (Does 50 damage vs. Biological unit + 100 vs. Light Armor and can be used while cloaked)

EMP: 100 Energy (Depletes energy and shields of enemy units within the area of effect)

Cloak: 25 Energy (initial) and 1 Energy/Second while Cloaked

The Terran Ghost is the most revamped units in StarCraft 2 that was brought back from it's predecessor. New abilities such as Snipe, the EMP burst and the Drop Pods makes it a fierce unit, and is easier to tech to in early game - making it a Tier 1.5 unit.

This month's StarCraft 2 discussion is on the Ghost. Blizzard wants to know if you like the new features on the Ghost, if it will change your strategy and how you would utilize it.

"Ghosts epitomize the height of terran evolution and physical conditioning. Born with incredible psionic potential, these individuals are recruited and quarantined for government training from childhood. Ghosts channel their psionic energies to augment their natural physical strength and endurance. This process is enhanced by specialized skin-suits worn by ghosts that are laced with a form of psi-sensitive artificial muscle fiber. Thus, a typical ghost is tougher, stronger, and faster than even a well-trained but otherwise average terran."
