32 teams signed-up on this tournament, as they try to get a spot for the main tournament, the Gigabyte E-Sports Tournament (GEST) Dota 2. The qualifier, which will be played in a single elimination format and a best-of-three final, is supposed to start at 18:00 SGT (12:00 CET). The 16-team main tournament, to start at the 3rd November, will award the winner $1,000 and the runner-up $500. The top 2 teams on the main tournament will also get the chance to play against iG and LGD and win another prize money pot of $1,500.
