LatinDota2.tv starts a new league!

October is already action-packed as it is with some nice leagues and tournaments. In addition, Latindota.tv announces a new league starting October, 12th.

This is an open tournament, any team wanting to participate can sign up and play. First season lasts until October 28th and is said to contain of Boomphones production worth $3000. The sign up period ends on 10 October and the tournament allows the following regions to participate:
-SEA
-China
-Russia (most likely refering to all CIS countries)
-Europe
-Latin America
